Minutes from the beach, floating dock, available boat lift, short walk to the dedicated beach walkover, on a canal with direct Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) access. Relax in the spacious, fenced yard with the firepit and plenty of seating. Cast a line off the dock, we've seen all kinds of fish, sea turtles and even the occasional manatee in the canal. Bring your boat or kayak! Close to restaurants and historical sights. The drive-on beach ramp (4x4 only) is less than a mile away. Pets - $125ea

House Rules
No parties. If a party is reported, we will keep your security deposit. This is a quiet neighborhood, and we must be respectful of our neighbors. Please don't throw fish guts or shrimp tails down the garbage disposal. They stink and it's really hard to clean. If you're staying over on a Sunday night, please help us out and take the trash/recycle out to the street. They usually come by EARLY on Mondays.
